MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Employment type: Full Time & Part-Time
Sunday - Friday 8:30-2 & 2-7:30 Shifts!
We are closed on Saturdays.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of hands-on professional experience
• Proficient in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Prenatal Massage
• Energy work experience is a plus
We are looking for a positive, uplifting, organized, and motivated individual with a genuine passion for guest care. Exceptional customer service is essential, as creating a memorable and thoughtful experience for every guest is at the heart of what we do.
GUEST COORDINATORS
Employment type: Full Time
Sunday - Friday 7:30-2 & 2-8:30 Shifts!
We are closed on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a spa or luxury wellness environment
• Front desk experience with strong guest-facing skills
• Administrative experience with the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Comfort handling booking software, phones, email, and in-person guest interactions
• Ability to remain calm, positive, and solution-oriented under pressure
As a Guest Coordinator, you are the face of Spa Kingston and play a vital role in shaping each guest’s journey. We are looking for individuals who are polished, dependable, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely enjoy creating meaningful guest experiences.
