Guest Information

  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in and ensures your service begins on time.

  • Intake Forms: Complete your consultation forms prior to arrival so you can fully unwind and enjoy your treatment.

  • Phones & Guests: Kindly silence cell phones. For the comfort of all, children and guests not receiving services may not accompany you in the treatment room or waiting area.

  • Parking: Free street and metered parking are available nearby.

  • Entrance: If the front door is locked, ring the doorbell located to the right of the entrance. A bench is provided outside by the spa’s front window should you wish to wait comfortably.

  • Late Arrivals: Out of respect for all guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service if the schedule does not allow full time. We will always do our best to accommodate.

  • Specials & Packages: Specials and packages may not be combined with other offers or discounts. Please present any promotions or gift cards prior to your service.

Payment

  • We accept credit and debit cards only

  • Spa Kingston does not keep cash in the spa.

  • Gratuities may be left in cash (please note we cannot provide change), through Tippy for immediate delivery to your technician, or by credit card.

Retail & Service Policy

  • All sales on services, packages, gift cards, gift certificates, and products are final

  • Unused and unopened retail products may be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase (no store credit issued)

Gratuities

Gratuities are a meaningful way to show appreciation for your provider’s care and expertise. Most of our guests choose to give 20–30% of the full service price. Gratuities may be left by cash or card; however, we do not carry cash in the spa and are unable to provide change.

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards

  • Redeemable for all services and retail purchases

  • Maintain the full face value at time of purchase

  • Available for purchase by phone, online, or within the spa

  • Must be presented at time of service

  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or memberships

  • Pricing, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice

Referral Program

Share the Spa Kingston experience. For every friend you refer, you will receive a $25 spa credit.

Cancellation Policy

A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 100% of the service amount. If you are a Member or have a Package your treatment will be forfeited.

No Show Policy: Not calling or showing up to your appointment results in being charged 100% of the service amount. 

Rescheduling Policy: If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a $55 rescheduling fee will apply per guest, per service. If you are unable to attend your rescheduled appointment, the original service price will be charged.

If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but may not be able to go over the allotted appointment time.

For Sunday appointments, rescheduling or cancellations must be made by phone by 7:00 PM on the preceding Friday, or by email to info@spakingston.com at least 24 hours in advance.

Skincare Service Preparation

For the following treatments: Revitapen Royale, Royal Revival, Microdermabrasion, Clinical Peel, or Waxing:

  • Discontinue use of Retinoids and Alpha Hydroxy Acids 3 days prior to your appointment

  • We cannot perform services if you have taken Accutane within the last 6 months
